We Invest in Food Companies

The Fund is a Private Equity group that is made up of international investors that invest in food manufacturing and food packaging companies. The philosophy of the Fund is to grow those companies who are in need of capital.

Twenty percent of the SKU's generate eighty percent of the revenue of a typical American supermarket. This is known as the 80/20 theory. They are the staple SKU's of the American supermarket consisting primarily of meat, produce, bakery, deli, dairy and frozen food. The primary objective of the Fund is to invest in those companies that manufacture the twenty percent of the SKU's that generate eighty percent of the revenue of a supermarket.

The Fund also is investing in food packaging companies with the strategy of fulfilling the food packaging needs of the food manufacturing facilities. In many cases packaging is more expensive than the food itself.
